When talking about smiling, I think of the Jimmy Durante version of the song "Smile" and Louis Armstrong's version of "When You're Smiling"!

We know that we feel better when we smile than when we frown or scowl.

But what if even a FAKE smile made us feel better? Then we could instantly fake it til we could make it...but feel good right away!

Well, a new study shows just that...that smiling whether you're truly feeling it or not can bring about the same feelings as if the smile were totally genuine and heartfelt.
